From this realization, House CollGull Wellness was born - a virtual platform to connect with clients & keep doing what they love, empowering others through movement & strength building.
They have referred to their at home workouts out of "House CollGull" for quite some time, so it feels fitting they launch House CollGull Wellness & make it official (like a ref with a whistle, kind of official! MEET THE COACHES
James and Caitlin Gulley have been in the fitness industry, professionally, for three years. While they may be considered novice to the industry, they are by no means newbies to living and loving an active & healthy life.
Caitlin grew up loving working out -- a passionate and devoted dancer and cheerleader, she was often found working out on her own to stay healthy and active. She found her love of indoor cycle, while teaching 7th and 8th grade science in Charlotte, NC. Three years after stepping foot into her first cycle class, Caitlin auditioned to teach and began training shortly after. She has spent 3 years teaching indoor cycle and, most recently, completed training to teach barre classes. After completing barre training, she left her full time role in education to pursue her dream of a career in health and wellness. She is currently working on her Wellness Coaching certification through ACE. She aims to empower others to live their best lives through movement and nutrient rich nutritional choices.
James grew up a star on the soccer field. His natural talents of speed, agility and quick thinking on the field allowed him to pursue his love of soccer through college and post-college. James' talents took him to playing semi-pro in Sweden, then back to the states to pursue a lifelong career in fitness. His passion will always live on the field, yet he has found a way to translate this passion to personal and small group fitness. James has been teaching HIIT style classes at two different boutique fitness studios for just over a year. His talent and knowledge is unparalleled. His creative mind lends itself to creative programing for clients and classes. James aims to provide challenging and innovative experiences each & every time he teaches.
